Yes. WORX is available at all Fitness World clubs with select memberships, so you can stay consistent no matter where you train.
How often should I take WORX sessions?
Most members see great results completing WORX two to three times per week. The program is designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and track your progress over time.
How is WORX different from regular group classes?
WORX provides more personalized coaching, smaller class sizes, and progressive programming to help you hit specific strength and conditioning goals.
