Update September 9, 2021:
Based on the Sept 7 update from the Provincial Government, we will be implementing a proof of vaccination requirement to best support our communities and remain open for your fitness goals.
By public order of the Provincial Health Officer, proof of vaccination will be required to access gyms in BC starting Sept 13, 2021. This order is in place until January 31, 2022, and is subject to extension.
Specific details have been provided to our members via email to ensure this new process is as seamless as possible. If you have further questions about the Vaccine Card and your Fitness World membership, please get in touch with your preferred club.

Masks continue to be required in indoor public settings. Masks may be removed while exercising and in Classes. You can find more info from the BC Government here.
We no longer require pre-booking for general workouts, however pre-booking for Fitness Classes and THE WORX remains available online.
As always, thank you for continuing to respect all policies in place. We will keep pushing through this together, smashing our fitness goals, feeling those endorphin highs, and staying active.
BEFORE YOU COME TO THE CLUB
Fill up that water bottle! Our water fountains will be available, but we encourage all members to bring their own water bottles filled with water.
BYOT – Bring your own towel. Towel service will not be available at any of our facilities until further notice. Helpful hint – bring two towels, one for equipment and one for you.
Whenever possible, arrive to the gym ready to go to limit your time in changerooms.

Upon arriving at the club, we ask that all members please use the provided Sanitizing Station and follow the designated entry and exit routes.
Masks are required in indoor public settings. Masks may be removed while exercising and in Classes, however we ask that you wear your mask upon entry and exit, and throughout the club.
Contactless check-in will be available at all clubs through the use of our Fitness World App. A team member will be happy to assist you if you’re unable to locate or login to your App.
For sanitary reasons, cash will not be accepted at this time for any in-club payments, including drinks, retail items, supplements or services.
All members must complete a pre-screening questionnaire at the Front Desk upon arrival at the club.
