Update June 21, 2021:
As BC enters Phase 2 of the restart plan, we are excited to bring back our full range of Fitness Classes, including Zumba, Tabata, Kickboxing, and more!
We are also thrilled to be relaunching our Small Group Training program, THE WORX!
At this time, we are still following BC’s Indoor Exercise Guidelines, which require:
– Pre-booking for workouts via an online booking system.
– Masks to be worn at all times. If you are unable to wear a mask you are exempt, but are required to maintain a distance of 3m at all times.
– Extra distancing of 2.5m is required while exercising, 2m during all other times in the club.
– Spotting while weight lifting is not allowed unless in the same household.
– If possible, come in for your workout during off-peak hours.
As always, we are incredibly thankful for all of our members and Team Member for their continued support and efforts to maintain a clean, safe and open space for your fitness goals! We look forward to bringing our fit fam back together this summer!
BEFORE YOU COME TO THE CLUB
Fill up that water bottle! Our water fountains will be available, but we encourage all members to bring their own water bottles filled with water.
BYOT – Bring your own towel. Towel service will not be available at any of our facilities until further notice. Helpful hint – bring two towels, one for equipment and one for you.
Whenever possible, arrive to the gym ready to go to limit your time in changerooms.
COME ON IN!
Upon arriving at the club, we ask that all members please use the provided Sanitizing Station and follow the designated entry and exit routes.
Masks are required when in the club and during your workout. This includes when entering and exiting, in the change rooms and washrooms, and in the stretch and weight areas.
Contactless check-in will be available at all clubs through the use of our Fitness World App. A team member will be happy to assist you if you’re unable to locate or login to your App.
For sanitary reasons, cash will not be accepted at this time for any in-club payments, including drinks, retail items, supplements or services.
All members must complete a pre-screening questionnaire at the Front Desk upon arrival at the club.
