Personal Trainer
The personal trainer’s role is to provide extra motivation, exercise technique, and accountability to members who obtain their services. Build your clientele with your visibility to over 1000 fitness enthusiasts daily. Certification is mandatory, but those who are in the process may complete their practicums with us under the supervision of a qualified FW personal trainer.
The ideal candidate:
- Has completed (or almost completed) certification
- Has the entrepreneurial spirit
Responsibilities Include:
- Developing a business and marketing strategy (with our training) to build your clientele
- Contacting new and inactive members to schedule assessment/consultation appointments
- Providing consultations and assessments for new members and potential clients
- Developing and providing cutting edge programs that are safe and effective for your clients
- Providing an experience for each client that generates incredible results and inspires them to make fitness part of their lifestyle
