Certification
"Certification" means that our employees have taken recognized training courses, have passed several exams, and provide safe and effective training methods to members. Ongoing renewal requires regular participation in continuing education courses to keep our staff on the cutting edge of scientific research, newest trends, and scientific application.

While any course completion can identify someone as “certified”, our employees complete a primary certification with a recognized provincial / national or international certifying body. Additional certifications for specific areas (i.e, Step, Bosu, Kick Boxing…) are added with additional training and experience.

Our staff may start our already registered as certified or complete the process while employed under the supervision of qualified FW representatives. Completion certification components may take 6-24 months.
